WISH™ Tapping
Helping children understand big feelings, calm their bodies, and build emotional confidence.
W.I.S.H.™ is a simple four-step tapping method that helps children build emotional awareness through everyday moments. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, teacher, therapist, or caregiver, W.I.S.H.™ offers practical tools that strengthen connection while helping children develop lifelong emotional skills.

What is WISH™?
W.I.S.H.™ is a simple four-step tapping routine children can learn and remember for a lifetime.
W "What's the Problem?"
Help children recognize what's bothering them and how big it feels.
I "I Feel... I Am Okay."
Teach children that every feeling is welcome- and they are still okay.
S "Say and Tap."
Use simple words while tapping together to support calm and connection.
H "How Big Now?"
Pause, notice what changed, and celebrate every step forward.
Simple enough for young children. Meaningful enough to grow with them.
W.I.S.H.™ Can Grow With Your Family
Whether you're reading together before bed, navigating a difficult school day, preparing for a medical appointment, or simply helping a child through everyday emotions, W.I.S.H.™ offers simple tools that can become part of family life.
Why Tapping?
Children naturally experience big emotions.
What they often need isn’t someone to immediately fix the feeling. They need support moving through it, and discovering that emotions can change.
W.I.S.H.™ combines emotional awareness, supportive connection, and EFT tapping into a routine that is simple enough to remember and practice again and again.
Meet Christa

Hi, I'm Christa.
I'm a Root Cause Therapy Practitioner, EFT Advocate, educator, and the creator of W.I.S.H.™ Tapping.
I created W.I.S.H.™ because I believe every child deserves simple tools to understand emotions, calm their body, and feel deeply connected to the people who love them.
My hope is that these books, resources, and trainings become tools families return to again and again. Life isn't perfect, and emotional skills grow through practice.
